What data we collect
When you submit the quote request form on this website, we may collect: your name, company name, email address, the material/thickness/quantity/finish/date details you provide, any message you write, and any files you attach (such as drawings).
Why we collect it
We use this data solely to prepare a quote for your enquiry and to correspond with you about it. We process this data at your request to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation before a contract is concluded (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to prepare your quote and follow up with you. If an enquiry does not lead to an order, we keep its data for 3 months after our last correspondence and then delete it. If it does, we keep the data as long as needed to fulfil the order and as required by law.
Who we share it with
Your data stays with us. Only our website hosting and email providers may process it, and only as far as needed to provide those services.

Cookies and browser storage
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or other tracking tools. Fonts and all other files load from our own server, so browsing the site sends your IP address to no third party. In your browser's storage we keep two small technical entries, each needed for the site to work the way you chose: the language you picked with the EN/LT switch (localStorage, kept until you change it or clear your browser data), and a marker that the homepage has already sent you to the English version once during this visit, based on your browser language (sessionStorage, deleted when you close the tab). These entries stay on your device and are never sent to us. Links to other websites (for example Google Maps or our clients' sites) open only when you click them; those websites' own privacy policies then apply.
