Parts up to 12 m are cut from a single sheet: one piece, saving a weld seam and a straightening operation.

Laser cutting: up to 12 m

Long profiles bent to length in a single pass, up to 10 m: 2 press brakes working in tandem.

Sheet metal bending: up to 10 m in tandem

Louvres, stiffening forms are made in the same setup as the cutting. The part stays on that machine for both operations.

Punching and forming

MIG/MAG and TIG welded frames and assemblies, certified to ISO 3834-2.

Welded steel structures

Founded in Panevėžys in 1995, Deliuvis runs 20 machines with a team of 29 experienced specialists: laser cutting, bending, punching and welding, in one flow from drawing to finished part. We are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2. We supply trailer, vehicle and machinery manufacturers in Germany, Sweden, Norway and the Baltics.
