Joint-Stock Company “Deliuvis” was established on March 23, 1995 in Panevėžys. In the year 2006 the Company bought a metal-working machine “Amada” and began providing services of sheet-metal working.

The available equipment allows the Company providing the most complicated high-precision metalworking services. In the production we are using the following “Amada” devices:

• Amada FO M II 4222 4 kW – laser cutting machine with precision cutting of 20 mm steel.
• Amada LC3015 F1 4 kW – laser cutting machine with precision cutting of 20 mm steel.
• Amada HFP 220-4 – hydraulic bending machine with programmed axes.
• “Fronius” welding machines.

The activities of JSC “Deliuvis” are oriented to market development. The majority of production and services are exported to Germany, Sweden, Russia and Latvia. In the list of our clients there are such Companies as “Schmitz Cargobull” (Germany), “Nitator” (Sweden), “Norac” (Norway), “Glori ir Ko” (Lithuania), “Achatas”, “Naideka”, “Konveka”, “Lankmeta” and a lot of other producers of trucks, semi-trailers, agricultural machines, sea crafts, furniture and advertisement.

When forming the team, we provide priority to experiences, competent and motivated people. Therefore, at the moment there are 45 professionals working in our Company.

In order to guarantee the quality of our works and services we have integrated the quality management system complying with requirement of LST EN ISO 9001:2008 Standard.
